Horses hold space for heart-centered curiosity. Within the herd, we are challenged to stay present with both ourselves and our companions.

Horses can hear a heartbeat from four feet away. They hear your intention, feel every vibe. They are tellers of self and mirrors of souls.

What you’ll get

60-90 minute sessions

  • Sitting with the herd

  • 15 minutes of grounding breathwork

  • Ask for a connection with one horse and travel into yourself through the medicine of each horse

  • Connection exercises (we practice a positively-reinforced clicker training method)

HOW IT WORKS

Sessions are guided by the horses and create space to be present with each moment. By dropping away from performance, you’ll meet your most authentic self.

During Horse Connection Sessions we’ll ground down and center into our hearts. Once the horses sense your presence, we’ll allow them to guide us through a series of selfless activities alongside the herd.
